What is Functional Resistance Training?

Did you know that after the age of 30, we begin to lose muscle mass?

Research shows that only 6% of us have a routine in place to prevent that deterioration from happening. Simple movements like push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and pull-ups are best to help strengthen our muscles as well as increase our flexibility, mobility, and agility. Functional resistance training allows us to better accomplish the daily tasks in our lives.
