CrossFit

This incredibly popular broad and general exercise training program uses a constantly varied approach and is appropriate for all fitness levels. It never gets boring because each workout is different than the day before. The primary aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. CrossFit focuses on the following fitness areas:

Boot Camp

While you won’t be assigned to barracks, you will develop strength and fitness through this military-style fitness program. Boot camp features a variety of challenging workouts.

Hot Yoga

This intense form of yoga is performed in our hot and humid studio to enhance relaxation, improve strength and flexibility, and promote detoxification. Dr. Sarah teaches the class.

Massage Therapy

Our professional massage therapists provide therapeutic, deep tissue and prenatal massage to complement your chiropractic care at Wellness Revolution.
